The Enhancement of the Proposal and the Application of the Project Management Methods for the Specific Project.

The Master’s thesis is dedicated to the application of methods and tools of Project Management within the project “You2ber Life!”. Chapter 1 studied theoretical background of the Project Management and its methods. Chapter 2 evaluates (the current situation, sustainability of the event, competition and sum up lessons learned for improvement in the next years). Chapter 3 simulates (financial analysis and budget proposal), defines (SMART goal, WBS and time management using the Gantt diagram), explains (the importance of human resources in project management), clarify (importance of human resources in project management), evaluates (risks), and consists of proposals applicable for the project “You2ber Life!”. However, after adjustments it can be applicable in the next years as well.

The Use of Project Management Methods in Event Management of the International Organisation

This Master thesis deals with the analysis and the current situation in a specific organisation and application of project management theoretical knowledge, tools, methods, which are used to propose an event for the company with the objective to facilitate the process of building and engaging the community of customers in Slovakia and preparing a guideline for the following projects. The thesis is divided into three major parts. The first part focuses on the introduction of project management theory and definition of major project management concepts. The second part is devoted to the current situation analysis, which includes using a variety of microenvironmental and macroenvironmental analyses. The last part is dedicated to the project proposal using project management methods such as the SMART definition of project objectives, Logical Framework Matrix, Work Breakdown Structure, RACI Matrix and Gantt Chart and finding the benefits for the analysed company.

Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na posúdenie informačného systému firmy Decon s.r.o. K tomu budú využité vhodné analýzy, pomocou ktorých bude súčasný informačný systém zanalyzovaný. Na základe výsledkov z týchto analýz budú navrhnuté zmeny informačného systému, ktoré by mali viesť k zrýchleniu procesov a k jeho celkovému skvalitneniu.

Topic of this Diploma thesis is assessment of information system in selected company Ryba Žilina s.r.o.. This phase of assessment comes out from extensive analysis and findings. After evaluation of analytical methods used, suggestions for improvement of current information system, will be created. This proposals should bring positive asset for company itself and improve some of the processes in company.

This master´s thesis focuses on the practical use of project management methods for the proposal of the project Circuit Days. The thesis is first focused on the specification of the theoretical knowledge of the given issue, then follows the analysis of the current environment of the company. Based on these outputs and specifics, the proposed solution itself is created. The aim of this master's thesis is to create a detailed description and plan of the project, which serves principally to improve the project management in the company, as a project itself.

Obsahem této diplomové práce je analýza a výběr nového informačního a pokladního systému pro potravinářskou divizi prodejen firmy Inva Group a.s. První část této práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu z hlediska informačních technologií a sepsání požadavků pro výběr IS na základě analýzy podnikových procesů. Druhá část práce bude zaměřena na analýzu trhu, různé možnosti výběru informačních a pokladních systémů a na základě vybrané varianty IS bude na konci vytvořen časový a finanční plán samotné implementace.

Návrh projektu založení logistického centra

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice projektového řízení. Konkrétně se jedná o návrh projektu založení logistického centra ve společnosti KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. K vypracování projektu je využito metod a technik projektového řízení. Teoretická část se zabývá základními metodami, technikami a poznatky z projektového řízení, které jsou následně prakticky využity v části analytické a návrhové. Nejprve je společnost představena, poté je zpracováno ověření příležitosti pro projekt a zhodnocení proveditelnosti a poté je vypracován samotný návrh projektu. Tato část se skládá z řízení času, řízení zdrojů, řízení rizik a řízení nákladů projektu. K vypracování časové analýzy je využit program Microsoft Project. A v neposlední řadě práce obsahuje přínosy návrhů řešení.

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je využití nástrojů projektového řízení při výběru a implementace informačního systému pro personalistické oddělení ve společnosti Topforsport s.r.o. Táto práce je rozdělená do tří části. V první části jsou uvedené základní pojmy potřebné pro porozumění a následné zpracování této práce. V druhé části je provedená analýza současného stavu společnosti. Poslední část práce se věnuje samotnému návrhu projektu, jeho zpracování a vyhodnocení přínosů.

The aim of the analysis is to provide a theoretical background that serves as the foundation for a proposal for improvements. The proposed solution is conducted with the usage of standardized project management tools and delivers a concise and a comprehensive summary that outlines the improvements in sufficient detail for them to be implemented.
